Thank you for shopping with Leo & Sun. We’re a small family-run brand and take great care in packing every order so it arrives safely to your home.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order is processed and delivered.

Order Processing:

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During product launches, sales, or busy periods, please allow a little extra time for dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

All orders are shipped using trusted courier services including NZ Post.


Estimated Delivery Times:

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

New Zealand

Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Australia

Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days

Rural or remote addresses may take slightly longer.


Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on courier networks.


Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your parcel.


If you have not received tracking information within a few days of ordering, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

 

Shipping Delays:

While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, occasionally delays may occur due to:

Courier network delays

Weather events

Peak holiday periods

High order volumes


We appreciate your patience and understanding if this happens.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.


Lost or Damaged Parcels:

We take great care packaging every order, but if your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

International Duties & Taxes:


For Australian orders, duties or import taxes are generally not applied to smaller purchases. However, if any customs charges are applied by your local authorities, these are the responsibility of the customer.
