At Leo & Sun, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things change.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must be unused and in its original packaging.
You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Quality is our priority. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right straight away.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used for feeding. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
If you have a specific concern about your product that doesn't fall into these categories, please reach out to our team.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end.
